MASTER WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, AND SMS

COMMUNICATIONS AGREEMENT

This Master Website Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between CoveShield Legal Support and any user, visitor, or entity accessing or using our website, services, or communications channels. By accessing or using this website, submitting information, or engaging with CoveShield in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the website and services.

SECTION 1 — DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Agreement:1.1 “Services” means administrative, coordination, scheduling, and facilitation services provided by CoveShield.1.2 “Experts” means independent third-party medical professionals, expert witnesses, consultants, and evaluators.1.3 “User Data” means any information submitted through the website, email, SMS, phone, or other communication channels.1.4 “Confidential Information” means non-public, case-related, proprietary, or sensitive information submitted to CoveShield.1.5 “Website” means coveshield.com and all associated domains, subdomains, and digital interfaces.

SECTION 2 — NATURE OF SERVICES; NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

  • 2.1 CoveShield operates exclusively as a litigation support coordination and administrative services provider.
  • 2.2 CoveShield does not provide:
  • Legal advice
  • Medical advice
  • Expert opinions
  • Case evaluations
  • Professional certifications
2.3 No attorney-client, physician-patient, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is formed by use of the Website or Services.2.4 All Experts engaged through CoveShield act as independent contractors and retain sole discretion over their professional opinions and findings.

SECTION 3 — ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

You represent and warrant that:a) You are legally authorized to submit information;b) All submitted data is accurate and complete;c) Your use of the Website complies with applicable law;d) You are not using the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. CoveShield reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate communications at its sole discretion.

SECTION 4 — ACCEPTABLE USE

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property, including but not limited to text, branding, graphics, design, and layout is owned or licensed by CoveShield. No content may be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced without prior written authorization.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • CoveShield may rely on third-party vendors for:

  • CRM systems
CoveShield is not responsible for third-party privacy practices or system failures

SECTION 10 — SECURITY MEASURES

SECTION 11 — DISCLAIMERS

SECTION 13 — INDEMNIFICATION

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoveShield from any claims arising out of:

  • Your violation of this Agreement
  • Your submission of false or unlawful information
  • Your interaction with third parties via the Services

SECTION 14 — FORCE MAJEURE

  • CoveShield shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, labor disputes, or government actions.

SECTION 15 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION; GOVERNING LAW

  • 15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
  • 15.2 Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in California.
  • 15.3 The parties waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

SECTION 16 — MODIFICATIONS

  • CoveShield reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 17 — SEVERABILITY

  • If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full
  • force and effect.

SECTION 18 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding Website use and supersedes prior communications
