COVESHIELD LEGAL SUPPORTMASTER WEBSITE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, AND SMSCOMMUNICATIONS AGREEMENT Last Updated: 6/30/2026 This Master Website Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between CoveShield Legal Support and any user, visitor, or entity accessing or using our website, services, or communications channels.By accessing or using this website, submitting information, or engaging with CoveShield in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. SECTION 2 — NATURE OF SERVICES; NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP2.1 CoveShield operates exclusively as a litigation support coordination and administrative services provider.2.2 CoveShield does not provide: - Legal advice - Medical advice - Expert opinions - Case evaluations - Professional certifications2.3 No attorney-client, physician-patient, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is formed by use of the Website or Services.2.4 All Experts engaged through CoveShield act as independent contractors and retain sole discretion over their professional opinions and findings. SECTION 3 — ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITYYou represent and warrant that:a) You are legally authorized to submit information;b) All submitted data is accurate and complete;c) Your use of the Website complies with applicable law;d) You are not using the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.CoveShield reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate communications at its sole discretion. SECTION 10 — SECURITY MEASURESWe implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect User Data. SECTION 16 — MODIFICATIONSCoveShield reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance. SECTION 17 — SEVERABILITYIf any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in fullforce and effect. SECTION 18 — ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding Website use and supersedes prior communications.
